Ethereum

A field guide connects an asset, a network and a service.

Ethereum is a network that supports transfers and smart-contract execution. Ether, commonly labelled ETH, is its native asset. Other tokens can operate through Ethereum without becoming the same asset as ETH.

Those distinctions matter when reviewing a request. A transfer, contract interaction and token-spending approval may give different authority or have different results. Know what the action authorises, which network it uses and which asset or representation is involved. A successful network record does not automatically establish provider credit or a later payout.

Related networks and services can use familiar address formats and labels. Receiving support must still be checked against exact current instructions. Fee estimates also depend on the action and network conditions; a low advertised fee is not a complete transfer review.
