Wallets and custody

A wallet helps someone interact with a crypto system. It does not tell you by its name who controls transfers or how access can be recovered. A service account, self-custody wallet and shared-control arrangement can have different responsibilities.
Learn to ask who holds transaction authority, which actions need approval and what recovery route actually applies. A password reset may restore access to a service account. A compatible recovery phrase may restore keys in some self-custody designs. Neither is a universal process for every product.
Protect signing secrets and examine consequential requests. A receiving address is different from a private key or recovery phrase. This website never needs your real secrets or wallet connection for learning. Support instructions should be reached through an independently verified official channel.
